To initiate any project or campaign, a 50% Advance Booking Deposit is required. This deposit acts as a commitment assurance.
Refund Policy: As long as the first project draft, strategy roadmap, or campaign setup hasn't been delivered for review, your 50% deposit is fully refundable. Once the work is submitted or ads go live, payments become non-refundable as they cover human resource hours and creative capital.
